Quotations and bookings

A service is binding only when confirmed in writing by Skye Logistics. Quotations, booking confirmations and agreed forwarding conditions determine the scope, exclusions, charges, responsibilities and liability. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our forwarding activities are subject to the Skye Logistics Forwarding Conditions.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but schedules, regulations, carrier capacity and destination requirements can change. Shipment-specific information is reconfirmed during quotation and booking. To the extent permitted by law, Skye is not liable for decisions based only on general website content.

Intellectual property and external links
